Challenge card

This is a card I made for a challenge at ISC.  Jessie F hosted this weeks challenge there. It was a sketch with an optional challenge of using one colorwith white, black or gray.  I used See d's Boutique Grunge to make the backgrounds. Added SU punches Scalloped circle, tag and flowers.  I used CB Swiss Dots embossing folder for the red cs and a CB border embossing folder for the strip across the bottom.
